Please note - ALL clients recieve unlimited training as part of FOF training. Furthermore, all clients get the flexibility to attend ANY session throughout the day.

You will be entered into our FOF accountability group, positivity & motivational purposes only. As well as updates and communication.

Payments will be deducted every 30 days from start date.

2026 Drop-In Fee: $35 PER session (Drop-Ins are ALWAYS welcomed) but must HAVE PROPER COMMUNICATION before coming in

We are looking for motivated and consistent clientele in the Atlanta & Conyers area to work with. Understand that our training program provides tremendous results, however the work is challenging and the results are earned. Feel out this form with a faithful mindset, knowing you are ready for this new journey with the FOF Elite team and Coach T will be in contact ASAP.
